DEAD PRESIDENTS- All about the Benjamins baby!!!

I wonder if the youth and most rappers realize when they say they want the dead presidents that Benjamin Franklin never ran and never was president of the United States. He was President of the Executive Council of Pennsylvania but most young people wouldnt know anything about that and it for sure isnt want they mean when they say they want dead presidents
