Job Description:
Boutique public relations firm specializing in the coolest film,
television, home entertainment and lifestyle brands is seeking a
brilliant full-time Publicity Administrator for our busy Hollywood
office.

Successful candidate will support the Agency Prinicipal and Director of
Publicity & Production in execution of creative publicity campaigns,
promotions and special events. The successful candidate must thrive in
a fast-paced, small company environment and possess the ability to
handle multiple, time-sensitive projects. This position is a very
distinct hybrid of publicity coordinator, office manager and executive
assistant all rolled into one fabulous, fun and challenging position.

The Publicity Administrator will support the agency's clients by
overseeing campaign logistics such as scheduling, talent
transportation, research, press material fulfillment, press database
maintenance, expense reports, clipping and support during press
junkets, premieres, screenings. The Publicity Administrator will handle
all administrative aspects of the office, from vendor cooordination to
phones/visitors. The Publicity Administrator will assist the Agency
Principal with calls and calendar.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 1 year minimum
work experience in entertainment marketing, public relations or
promotions environment required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and
Outlook required. Superior telephone etiquette and strong
organizational skills required. A sunny disposition with a serious work
ethic is required. A desire to pursue a career in entertainment
publicity and a thorough understanding of pop and urban culture is a
plus.

Compensation is high 20's with 100% employer paid health and dental

Summary:
SecureWorks is seeking a motivated, professional senior marketer to
join our team as Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for
managing direct marketing strategy and activities including online and
print advertising, email and direct mail. This person will be a key
contributor to effective marketing execution for SecureWorks.
